Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! Hair by Stephee has a ZERO TOLERANCE, ZERO EXCEPTION NO SHOW POLICY. Any appointment cancellations must be made solely by the client at a minimum of 24 HOURS before the scheduled appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Hair by Stephee is 100% HANDS OFF & is UNABLE to cancel any existing appointments past the 24 hour window.
A NON REFUNDABLE-NON TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED for all services
NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT
NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in 75% charge of service. Failure to comply/pay NO SHOW FEE will result in a permanent BAN from scheduling any future appointments until FEE has been paid in FULL.
